Yes, included in every seat. Cast from any browser to your office screen — it auto-rotates leaderboards, competitions, and recent achievements with no login, no chrome, no idle timeout. No separate licence required.
02Can I run contests / competitions?
Head-to-head competitions between individuals. You pick the metric, the dates, and the participants — Performance auto-scores in real time and updates the leaderboard live. Team-vs-team competitions are on the roadmap.
03What about coaching — does Performance include 1:1 coaching workflows?
Performance is focused on the visibility, leaderboard and gamification layer rather than structured 1:1 coaching workflows. Teams that want a coaching workflow alongside it typically pair Performance with a dedicated coaching tool — the two play well together.
04How does the AI Metric Builder work?
You type what you want to count in plain English — e.g. 'count opportunities where stage is Closed Won and close date is in current quarter and owner is current user'. Performance writes the SOQL, validates it against your Salesforce org, and saves it as a reusable stat card and leaderboard column. Available to admins and metric owners — no Salesforce certification needed.
05Do consultants need separate Performance logins?
No. Performance is a Salesforce package, so it uses your existing Salesforce SSO — no separate accounts, no separate password reset flows, no separate provisioning. Permission sets control who sees what.
