Work every Lead, not just the hot ones.
Ask for the Leads you want in plain English, give each one a personal first line, and send from each rep's own inbox at a human pace. All inside Salesforce.
From a question to a conversation.
No new system for your reps to learn and nothing to sync. Engage is a tab in the Salesforce your team already lives in.
Install and connect
We install Engage in your Salesforce with you on an onboarding call. Each rep connects their own Gmail or Outlook.
Same afternoon · No codeAsk for the people
Type who you want in plain English. Engage turns it into a search you can check, across your Leads or Contacts.
AI Campaigns · Saved searchesAI writes, you approve
Engage drafts every step and a personal first line for each person. Nothing sends until you switch it on.
Your copy, your callSends at a human pace
One email at a time from each rep's own inbox, in working hours, with follow-ups going first.
Gmail · OutlookReplies come to you
A reply stops the sequence and lands in your inbox, flagged if they're interested. Out of office? It waits.
Sentiment · Out of office · Unsubscribes
Engage checks your CRM before you're in and enrols the next right people into the right campaign. Nothing slips through the cracks.
Everything Engage does, on your Leads.
Switch on Leads and Engage works on the Leads your team already has in Salesforce: who's new, who's gone quiet and who's due another go, each with a first line written for them.
Example {{ai_intro}} · Tom Askew
"Hi Tom, as Finance Director at a payments business you'll know month-end is when reporting pain shows up most. Thanks for stopping by our stand at the event last week."
Written from his title, company, industry and lead source.- One switch in SetupAn admin turns Leads on for the whole org. Teams who don't need it never see it.
- Contacts or Leads, never bothEach campaign targets one or the other, so reporting stays clean.
- A personal first line for every Lead{{ai_intro}} writes from the Lead's title, company, industry and how they found you.
- Lead signals on the Opportunities tabNew Leads, Leads gone quiet and ones due a re-engagement, with one-click add or dismiss.
- Automations on LeadsEnrol new or quiet Leads every morning, just like Contacts.
Sending and replies, handled.
Once your Leads are found, Engage writes the sequence, sends it from each rep's own inbox and stops the moment someone replies.
The sequence writes itself. You stay in charge.
Tell Engage what the campaign should achieve and it drafts every step. Add {{ai_intro}} and each Lead gets an opening line written from their title, company, industry and how they found you.
- Multi-step sequences with the delays you choose
- Personal first lines from your CRM data
- A/B test your subject lines
- Nothing sends until you switch it on
From your own inbox, at a human pace.
No shared sending domain and no marketing IP. Every email goes from the sender's own Gmail or Outlook, one at a time, in working hours, at a human pace with daily limits you control. It lands like a normal email because it is one.
- Gmail and Outlook, connected with a secure sign-in
- Follow-ups send before new outreach
- Daily limits you control, per sender if you need them
- Opens and clicks tracked, with email-scanner clicks filtered out
Replies, already sorted.
Engage watches every connected inbox. When someone replies, their sequence stops and the reply is flagged on their record: interested, not interested, out of office or referral.
- Any reply stops the sequence
- Interested replies flagged straight to the owner
- Out of office? It waits until they're back
- Replies from a different address or a forward still countNEW
- Bounces and unsubscribes recorded in Salesforce
Automations work your Leads every morning.
Switch one on and Engage checks your CRM before your reps are in, then enrols new and quiet Leads into the right campaign.
- New Leads, enrolled the morning after they arrive
- Leads gone quiet, and Leads due a re-engagement
- Build your own: describe who to reach in plain English
- Every run logged, so you can see who was added
A whole team sending. Nobody doubling up.
The fastest way to lose a prospect is two emails from two colleagues on the same morning. Engage checks before every send, not just when someone is added.
One live sequence per person
Checked across your whole team, so a prospect is never in two colleagues' sequences at once.
Blocklist checked at send time
Block a domain and it's respected on the very next send, however the person was added.
Unsubscribes honoured
One click to opt out, recorded on the Salesforce record and respected by every campaign.
Replies matched by thread
A reply from a PA, a personal address or a forward still stops the sequence.
Built in an agency. Now for sales teams.
Engage was built inside a UK recruitment agency that runs on Salesforce, and its consultants still use it every day. The same engine now works on Leads, so B2B sales teams get software that has already sent tens of thousands of real emails.
Built inside a UK recruitment agency, and used there every day. Figures from that agency's own Engage org, September 2026.

Questions sales teams ask first.
Something else? Email sales@overdrivehq.co.uk or book a demo and ask us live.
We're a B2B sales team, not an agency. Does it fit?
Yes. Switch on Leads in Engage Setup and campaigns can target Leads as well as Contacts, on both plans. On Pro, AI Campaigns, personal first lines, Automations and the Opportunities tab all work on Leads too.
Is Engage really inside Salesforce?
Yes. It's a managed package installed in your own org. Campaigns, members, emails, opens and replies are Salesforce records on your Contacts and Leads, so you can report on them like anything else. Sending, reply checks and AI run through Overdrive's secure service.
Does it really send from our own inboxes?
Yes. Each person connects their own Gmail or Outlook. Emails go out one at a time, at a human pace, in working hours and within daily limits you control, with follow-ups sent before new outreach.
What stops two of us emailing the same person?
Engage allows one live sequence per person across your whole team. It also checks your blocklist at the moment of sending and honours every unsubscribe.
What if someone replies from a different address?
Engage matches replies by email thread as well as by address, so a reply from a colleague, a personal address or a forward still stops the sequence.
What does the AI see, and do we need our own AI account?
The AI works from the fields on the records you're working with and the instructions you give it. AI features are part of Pro and run through Overdrive's secure service, so you don't need your own AI account. If you'd rather, you can plug in your own Anthropic key.
How long does setup take?
Most teams send their first campaign the same afternoon. Every subscription includes an onboarding call where we install Engage with you, connect mailboxes and build your first campaign.
Is Engage on the AppExchange?
Not yet. We install Engage directly into your Salesforce with Salesforce's standard package installer, on your onboarding call. An AppExchange listing will follow later.
See it on your own Salesforce data.
A 20-minute demo with the people who built it. Bring a list you actually want to work and we'll show you Engage finding it.
